The lyrics are poetic addressing life, love, death and redemption.

The music explores many moods in songs that run from melodic to menacing. The story sprinkled with history is engaging and the instrumentation is energizing. In addition to the compelling compositions that tell the tale of Night Castle the second CD includes bonus tracks such as TSO's unique interpretation of ELP's "Nutrocker" and the lavish, Latin inspired "Carmina Burana".
